Jokowi: Lockdown Satu Wilayah Adalah Kebijakan Keliru
INFOKA.ID – Presiden Joko Widodo menegaskan bahwa pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat berskala mikro atau dikenal dengan PPKM terbukti ampuh jika benar-benar pelaksanaannya baik dan benar.
Jokowi menyinggung soal usulan karantina wilayah dengan skala yang besar alias lockdown yang disampaikan beberapa pihak bila terjadi kenaikan kasus positif COVID-19 di satu wilayah adalah kebijakan keliru.
“Jika dirasa perlu ini PPKM bisa dilakukan tetapi dalam skala mikro dalam lingkup yang kecil baik itu dalam skala kampung, skala desa, RW atau RT saja. Jangan sampai yang terkena virus satu orang dalam satu RT yang di-lockdown seluruh kota. Jangan sampai misalnya yang terkena virus satu kelurahan yang di-lockdown seluruh kota, untuk apa? Yang sering kita keliru di sini,” kata Jokowi saat membuka Musyawarah Nasional VI Asosiasi Pemerintah Kota Seluruh Indonesia di Istana Negara di Jakarta, Kamis (11/2/2021), yang dilansir dari Viva.co.id.

Jokowi meminta agar pemerintah dearah terus berkoordinasi aktif dengan aparatur terkait. Koordinasi ini terkait kesiapan tempat isolasi, tempat rawat ini dan pelacakan kontak kasus positif. Pembatasan mikro juga lanjut Jokowi dilakukan pertimbangan ekonomi yang menyebabkan seluruh aktivitas masyarakat lumpuh total. Dalam arti bahwa kebijakan gas-rem yang kerap disampaikan harusnya tepa diimplementasikan di lapangan.
“Oleh sebab itu 2 minggu yang lalu saya, kita memang harus bekerja lebih detail lagi. Lockdown skala mikro, mikro lockdown tidak merusak pertumbuhan ekonomi, tidak merusak kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat karena yang kita lockdown adalah dalam skala-skala kelurahan, RW RT,” kata Jokowi.

Jokowi juga kembali menegaskan bahwa kebijakan yang diambil pemerintah sejak dahulu tentunya bila membandingkan dengan negara lain pasti bisa berbeda. Ia pun mendorong para kepala daerah menguasai peta zonasi naik-turunnya kasus COVID di wilayah mereka.
“Wali kota, wakil wali kota harus menggunakan peta zonasi,pemetaan ini secara detail, ngerti betul di mana barang itu ada, sampai di tingkat RT/RW,” tutur Jokowi. (*)
