Pemerintah Resmi Perpanjang PPKM Darurat Hingga 25 Juli 2021
INFOKA.ID – Pemerintah resmi mengumumkan perpanjangan pemberlakuan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat (PPKM) darurat hingga 25 Juli dan akan melakukan pembukaan secara bertahap mulai 26 Juli 2021.
“Karena itu jika tren kasus terus mengalami penurunan maka 26 Juli 2021 pemerintah akan melakukan pembukaan secara bertahap,” kata Presiden Joko Widodo dalam pernyataan yang disiarkan melalui kanal Youtube Sekretariat Presiden pada Selasa (20/7/2021) malam.
Pemerintah telah menerapkan PPKM darurat di provinsi-provinsi di Pulau Jawa-Bali serta 15 kabupaten/kota di luar Jawa dan Bali pada 3-20 Juli 2021.
“Penerapan PPKM darurat yang dimulai tanggal 3 Juli 2021 yang lalu adalah kebijakan yang tidak bisa kita hindari yang harus diambil pemerintah meskipun itu sangat-sangat berat,” ungkap Presiden.
Menurut Presiden Jokowi, PPKM darurat diterapkan untuk menurunkan penularan Covid-19 dan mengurangi kebutuhan masyarakat untuk pengobatan di rumah sakit.
“Sehingga tidak menyebabkan lumpuhnya rumah sakit lantaran over kapasitas pasien Covid-19 serta agar layanan kesehatan untuk pasien dengan penyakit kritis lainnya tidak terganggu dan terancam nyawanya,” ucap Presiden menambahkan.
Presiden mengungkapkan, setelah dilaksanakan PPKM darurat terlihat dari data, penambahan kasus dan kepenuhan tempat tidur rumah sakit mengalami penurunan.
“Kita selalu memantau, memahami dinamika di lapangan dan juga mendengar suara-suara masyarakat terdampak dari PPKM,” ungkap Presiden.
Jokowi menjelaskan, jika memang kasus Covid-19 mengalami penurunan, sektor informal akan diperbolehkan dibuka kembali setelah tanggal 26 Juli nanti dengan ketentuan waktu dan kapasitas pengunjung yang akan diatur oleh pemerintah daerah.
“Pasar tradisional yang jual kebutuhan pokok sehari-hari diizinkan dibuka sampai pukul 20.00 dengan kapasitas pengunjung 50 persen,” katanya.
Sementara pasar tradisional yang menjual selain kebutuhan pokok sehari-hari diizinkan dibuka sampai dengan pukul 15.00 dengan kapasitas maksimal 50 persen dengan penerapan protokol kesehatan yang ketat yang pengaturannya akan ditetapkan oleh pemerintah daerah,” katanya. (*)
