Detik-Detik Upacara HUT RI di Istana, Jokowi Kenakan Baju Adat Lampung
INFOKA.ID – Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) memimpin upacara peringatan detik-detik Proklamasi Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia di Istana. Jokowi menjadi inspektur upacara, Selasa (17/8/2021).
Prosesi Peringatan HUT Ke-76 Kemerdekaan RI diselenggarakan dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan yang ketat. Selain mengenakan masker dan menjaga jarak, para peserta atau perangkat upacara terbatas juga terlebih dulu dilakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan.
Upacara ini juga diikuti secara virtual. Peserta yang menyaksikan upacara mulai dari para menteri hingga masyarakat.
Mengusung tema “Indonesia Tangguh, Indonesia Tumbuh,” peringatan Hari Ulang Tahun ke-76 Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia, menghadirkan naskah asli Teks Proklamasi, yang ditulis tangan oleh Proklamator sekaligus Presiden Pertama Republik Indonesia Soekarno.
Para tamu undangan serta masyarakat yang mengikuti jalannya upacara secara virtual dari latar belakang yang beragam juga antusias mengikuti jalannya prosesi upacara.
Sebanyak 17 dentuman meriam yang menggelegar dari arah Taman Monumen Nasional (Monas) disertai bunyi sirene panjang menandai dimulainya Peringatan Detik-Detik Proklamasi Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia.
Ketua Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat (DPR) Puan Maharani bertugas membacakan naskah Proklamasi yang pada 76 tahun lalu dikumandangkan Proklamator sekaligus Presiden pertama Republik Indonesia Soekarno, sebagai tanda terbebasnya Indonesia dari belenggu penjajahan.
Sementara itu, Presiden Jokowi selaku inspektur upacara memimpin para peserta upacara, baik yang hadir secara terbatas di lokasi maupun yang mengikuti secara virtual untuk mengheningkan cipta. Menteri Agama Yaqut Cholil Qoumas memandu pembacaan doa.
Sejumlah pimpinan lembaga tinggi negara hadir secara langsung dalam upacara peringatan, yakni Ketua MPR Bambang Soesatyo, Ketua DPR Puan Maharani, Ketua DPD La Nyalla Mattalitti, Ketua BPK Agung Firman Sampurna, Ketua MA Muhammad Syarifuddin, Ketua MK Anwar Usman, Ketua KY Jaja Ahmad Jayus, Menteri Agama Yaqut Cholil Qoumas, Panglima TNI Marsekal Hadi Tjahjanto, dan Kapolri Jenderal Polisi Listyo Sigit Prabowo.
Sementara itu, Pasukan Pengibar Bendera Pusaka (Paskibraka) tergabung dalam Tim Indonesia Tangguh dipercayakan untuk mengibarkan bendera Merah Putih pada Upacara Peringatan Detik-Detik Proklamasi Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia di Istana Merdeka.
Anggota Paskibraka Ardelia Muthia Zahwa, perwakilan dari Provinsi Sumatera Utara terpilih sebagai pembawa bendera Merah Putih. Ardelia, yang lahir di Tebing Tinggi, pada 6 Desember 2004, saat ini menempuh pendidikan di SMA Harapan I Medan.
Tiga lainnya dari Kelompok 8 yang bertugas untuk mengibarkan bendera ialah Aditya Yogi Susanto sebagai Komandan Kelompok 8 (Provinsi Gorontalo), Dika Ambiya Rahman sebagai pembentang bendera (Provinsi Jawa Barat), dan Ridho Hadfizar Armadhani sebagai pengerek bendera (Provinsi Lampung).
Sementara itu, Kolonel Penerbang Putu Sucahyadi didapuk menjadi Komandan Upacara Peringatan Detik-Detik Proklamasi Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia. Lelaki kelahiran Denpasar, 9 Oktober 1977, ini adalah lulusan Akademi Angkatan Udara (AAU) tahun 1999 dan saat ini menjabat sebagai Asops Kosekhanudnas II Makassar.
Bertindak sebagai Komandan Kompi Paskibraka ialah Kapten Infanteri Suryadi Nataatmaja. Lulusan Akademi Militer tahun 2012 ini bertugas sebagai Danki Pandu Udara Denpandutaikam Brigif Para Raider 18/2 Kostrad.
Adapun bertindak sebagai Perwira Upacara adalah Brigadir Jenderal TNI Novi Helmy Prasetya. Novi yang lahir di Bangkalan, Madura pada 10 November 1971, saat ini menjabat sebagai Kepala Staf Garnisun Tetap I/Jakarta. Beliau merupakan lulusan Akademi Militer tahun 1993.
Paskibraka 2021 yang anggotanya berasal dari perwakilan masing-masing provinsi di Indonesia sebelumnya telah dikukuhkan oleh Presiden Joko Widodo pada Kamis (12/8/2021) di halaman Istana Merdeka, Jakarta. Sebanyak 68 pemuda telah mengucapkan Ikrar Putra Indonesia dan siap untuk menjalankan tugasnya pagi ini.
Jokowi sebelumnya menyampaikan pesan penting di peringatan HUT ke-76 RI. Jokowi mengajak semua pihak bergotong royong.
Pernyataan itu disampaikan Jokowi dalam akun Instagram @jokowi sebagaimana dilihat detikcom. Jokowi berharap Indonesia tangguh melewati berbagai cobaan.
“INDONESIA TANGGUH, INDONESIA TUMBUH. Indonesia Tangguh, Indonesia Tumbuh, bisa kita capai dengan bahu-membahu, saling bergandeng tangan, dan bergotong-royong dalam satu tujuan. Tangguh dalam menghadapi pandemi, tangguh melalui berbagai ujian, dan terus tumbuh dalam menggapai cita-cita bangsa,” tulis Jokowi.
Jokowi juga ingin bangsa Indonesia terus tumbuh. Dia berdoa segala upaya dimudahkan Tuhan Yang Mahakuasa.
“Semoga Tuhan Yang Mahakuasa senantiasa meridai dan mempermudah upaya bangsa Indonesia meraih Indonesia Maju yang kita cita-citakan,” kata Jokowi.
“Dirgahayu Republik Indonesia! Dirgahayu Negeri Pancasila! Merdeka!” sambung Jokowi. (*)
