Pemerintah Perpanjang PPKM Level 4 Hingga 2 Agustus 2021
INFOKA.ID – Pemerintah memutuskan untuk memperpanjang Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) Level 4 di sejumlah wilayah Pulau Jawa dan Bali hingga 2 Agustus. PPKM Level 4 kembali diperpanjang guna menekan lonjakan kasus virus corona (Covid-19).
Mulanya, pemerintah menerapkan PPKM Darurat 3-20 Juli ketika lonjakan kasus mulai terjadi. Diperpanjang dengan istilah PPKM Level 4 pada 20-25 Juli. Kini PPKM Level 4 kembali diperpanjang oleh pemerintah.
“Saya memutuskan untuk melanjutkan penerapan PPKM level 4 dari tanggal 26 Juli sampai dengan 2 Agustus 2021,” kata Presiden Jokowi lewat konferensi pers, Minggu (25/7).
“Namun, kita akan melakukan beberapa penyesuaian terkait dengan aktvitas dan mobilitas masyarakat yang akan dilakukan bertahap dengan pelaksanaan yang ekstra hati-hati,” lanjut Presiden Jokowi.
Presiden Jokowi mengatakan bahwa kebijakan untuk melanjutkan PPKM level 4 tersebut sudah mempertimbangkan aspek kesehatan, ekonomi, dan dinamika sosial masyarakat.
Dengan pertimbangan itu pula Presiden Jokowi menetapkan beberapa penyesuaian kebijakan PPKM terkait aktivitas dan mobilitas masyarakat.
Penyesuaian itu antara lain pasar rakyat yang menjual kebutuhan bahan pokok atau sembako diperbolehkan buka seperti biasa dengan protokol kesehatan yang ketat.
Sementara itu, pasar rakyat yang menjual selain barang kebutuhan pokok sehari-hari dapat beroperasi dengan kapasitas maksimum 50 persen sampai pukul 15.00 waktu setempat. Pengaturan lebih lanjut terkait hal ini akan diatur oleh pemerintah daerah.
“Pedagang kaki lima, toko kelontong, agen atau outlet voucher, pangkas rambut, laundry, bengkel kecil, asongan, cucian kendaraan dan usaha-usaha kecil lain yang sejenis diizinkan buka dengan protokol kesehatan yang ketat sampai pukul 21.00 yang pengaturan teknisnya disiapkan oleh pemerintah daerah,” kata Presiden.
Selanjutnya, warung makan, pedagang kaki lima, lapak jajanan, dan sejenisnya yang memiliki tempat usaha di ruang terbuka diizinkan beroperasi dengan protokol kesehatan yang ketat sampai pukul 20.00 waktu setempat. Pengunjung yang mengonsumsi atau makan di tempat usaha diberikan waktu maksimal 20 menit.
Kepala Negara juga mengatakan bahwa untuk mengurangi beban masyarakat, pemerintah juga meningkatkan bantuan sosial dan bantuan untuk usaha mikro dan kecil.
“Penjelasan akan diberikan menteri koordinator dan menteri terkait,” kata Presiden Jokowi. (*)
