Ternyata Pembuatan Surat Keterangan Bebas Narkotika Gratis Bagi Masyarakat Tidak Mampu
KARAWANG – Masyarakat kurang mampu tidak dikenakan biaya dalam pembuatan Surat Keterangan Bebas Narkotika (SKBN).
Hal itu tertuang sesuai Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 19 Tahun 2020 tentang Jenis dan Tarif atas Jenis Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak yang Berlaku pada Badan Narkotika Nasional.
“Terhadap masyarakat umum yang tidak mampu, dapat dikenakan tarif sebesar RpO,00 (nol rupiah) dari tarif yang tercantum dalam Lampiran Peraturan Pemerintah ini berupa Surat Keterangan Hasil Pemeriksaan Narkoba bagi Masyarakat Umum di luar Layanan Rehabilitasi yang berasal dari Klinik pada BNN Provinsi dan BNN Kabupaten/Kota,” demikian bunyi Pasal 6 PP Nomor 19/2020 yang dikutip dari website Sekretariat Negara.
Sementara itu, Surat Keterangan Hasil Pemeriksaan Narkoba Bagi Masyarakat Umum di luar layanan rehabilitasi yang berasal dari klinik pada BNN Kabupaten/Kota per pemeriksaan biayanya sebesar Rp 290.000.
“Terhadap mahasiswa berprestasi yang tidak mampu, dapat dikenakan tarif sebesar Rp 0,00 dari tarif yang tercantum,” bunyi Pasal 5.
Tes laboratorium narkoba juga digratiskan bagi penyidik BNN, Polri, TNI, dan PPNS. (*)
