JAKARTA – Spesial di Hari Pelanggan Nasional, PT Pertamina (Persero) melalui Subholding Commercial & Trading Regional Jawa Bagian Barat secara langsung menyapa pelanggan setia pengguna produk Pertamina di Provinsi DKI Jakarta, Jawa Barat, dan Banten secara serentak lewat program Grebek SPBU. Selain itu, Pertamina turut menyediakan kejutan khusus bagi pelanggan yang bertransaksi melalui aplikasi MyPertamina.
Selain menyapa langsung pelanggan setia Pertamina, lewat program Grebek SPBU, Pertamina memberikan kejutan khusus bagi pelanggan yang melakukan pembelian produk Pertamax, Pertamax Turbo, Pertamina Dex, Dexlite, Bright Gas 5,5kg atau 12kg, Bright Gas Can di SPBU Pertamina terpilih wilayah Banten, Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Karawang, Bandung, Sukabumi, dan Cirebon, untuk dapat mengikuti undian berhadiah di tempat.
Caranya pun mudah, jika pelanggan didatangi oleh petugas Grebek SPBU, pelanggan hanya butuh menunjukkan struk pembelian produk dan mengunduh aplikasi MyPertamina, kemudian mengikuti program undian berhadiah. Program ini berlaku hingga 13 September 2021.
“Kejutan spesial di Hari Pelanggan Nasional ini kami persembahkan sebagai bentuk apresiasi kami kepada seluruh masyarakat, pelanggan, dan pengguna setia produk Pertamina di wilayah Banten, DKI Jakarta, dan Jawa Barat atas kepercayaannya yang luar biasa selama ini. Peringatan hari pelanggan ini akan Pertamina jadikan sebagai momen untuk lebih dekat lagi dengan pelanggan, serta menjadi pendorong kami untuk terus berkomitmen dalam memberikan dan meningkatkan layanan bagi masyarakat,” jelas Executive General Manager Regional Jawa Bagian Barat, Waljiyanto.
Sebagai bentuk apresiasi lainnya bagi masyarakat Indonesia, Pertamina turut memberikan promo lainnya yaitu tambahan saldo MyPertamina sebesar Rp 49.135. Saldo tambahan ini akan didapat oleh 1.000 pelanggan setia Pertamina yang melakukan transaksi Pertamax Series dan Dex Series minimal dua (2) liter, atau menggunakan fasilitas terbaru yang berada di Green Energy Station (GES) yakni Charging Station bagi kendaraan listrik dengan aplikasi MyPertamina pada periode 4 September dari jam 08.00-12.00 WIB.
“Kegiatan ini disiapkan sebagai apresiasi sekaligus edukasi serta mendorong masyarakat menggunakan produk bahan bakar yang ramah lingkungan, sehingga kami secara terus menerus mengajak masyarakat berkontribusi langsung mengurangi emisi gas buang kendaraan dengan menggunakan BBM ramah lingkungan maupun memperkenalkan fasilitas terbaru kami yakni Charging Station bagi pengguna kendaraan listrik,” terang Waljiyanto.
Para pengguna setia MyPertamina dengan total poin tertinggi, total transaksi tertinggi, dan total volume pembelian tertinggi selama periode Bulan Januari hingga Agustus 2021 juga akan mendapatkan kejutan khusus lainnya.
“MyPertamina memang kami posisikan sebagai platform digital utama, yang terus kami kembangkan dan berfungsi sebagai platform terintegrasi untuk seluruh layanan produk dan jasa Pertamina. Ini adalah bentuk go digital, memberikan layanan sesuai dengan tren, serba mudah, dan transaksi yang aman dan transparan, serta tidak lupa juga lebih ramah lingkungan karena mengedepankan aspek paperless atau mengurangi penggunaan kertas,” Waljiyanto.
Melalui lebih dari 1500 SPBU dan 30.000 pangkalan serta outlet LPG yang tersebar di DKI Jakarta, Jawa Barat, dan Banten, Pertamina senantiasa akan mengoptimalkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat.
Mengenai seluruh produk, layanan, penawaran khusus, dan informasi terkait Hari Pelanggan Nasional, masyarakat dapat langsung menghubungi Pertamina Call Center (PCC) 135, atau melalui aplikasi MyPertamina. (rls)
