Sidang Isbat Ramadhan Akan Digelar Pada 12 April 2021 Secara Daring
INFOKA.ID – Kementerian Agama akan menggelar sidang isbat (penentuan) 1 Ramadhan 1442 Hijriyah secara daring maupun luring pada Kamis 12 April.
“Insyaa Allah, sidang isbat awal Ramadhan digelar 12 April 2021. Karena masih pandemi, sidang akan kembali digelar secara daring dan luring dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan,” ujar Dirjen Bimas Islam Kamaruddin Amin dalam keterangan tertulis yang diterima di Jakarta, Kamis (1/4/2021).
Jumlah peserta yang hadir dibatasi sesuai ketentuan protokol kesehatan pencegahan Covid-19.
“Sidang isbat akan diawali dengan seminar posisi hilal awal Ramadan dan pelaksanaan rukyatul hilal. Secara hisab, posisi hilal awal Ramadan 1442 H sudah di atas ufuk berkisar antara 2 derajat 37 menit sampai 3 derajat 36 menit. Hasil hisab ini kemudian dikonfirmasi melalui Rukyatul Hilal yang akan digelar di 86 titik di seluruh Indonesia,” ujar Kamaruddin, dilansir dari Antaranews.com.
Menurutnya, di Jakarta, rukyatul hilal antara lain akan dilaksanakan di gedung Kanwil Kemenag DKI Jakarta, Kepulauan Seribu, Masjid KH Hasyim Asy’ari, dan Masjid Al Musyari’in Basmol.
Pelaksanaan sidang isbat sendiri dilakdsanakan oleh Kementerian Agama sesuai dengan Fatwa Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) Nomor 2 tahun 2004 tentang Penetapan Awal Ramadan, Syawal, dan Zulhijjah.
“Sidang isbat akan dipimpin oleh Menag Yaqut Cholil Qoumas. Kami juga mengundang pimpinan MUI dan Komisi VIII untuk hadir dalam sidang,” kata dia.
Sementara itu, Direktur Urusan Agama Islam Agus Salim mengatakan sidang isbat akan dibagi menjadi tiga tahap. Pertama, pemaparan posisi hilal awal Ramadan 1442 H oleh anggota Tim Unifikasi Kalender Hijriyah Kemenag. Sesi ini akan dimulai pukul 16.45 WIB dan disiarkan langsung.
Tahap kedua, sidang isbat awal Ramadan yang akan digelar setelah Salat Magrib. Tahap ini digelar secara tertutup.
“Tahap ketiga, konferensi pers hasil sidang isbat oleh Menteri Agama yang akan disiarkan TVRI dan Medsos Kemenag,” kata dia.
Sidang isbat selalu digelar pada tanggal 29 bulan sebelumnya pada kalender Hijriyah. Misalnya, sidang isbat awal Ramadan digelar pada 29 Syaban, awal Syawal digelar 29 Ramadan.
Sidang Isbat akan melibatkan Tim Unifikasi Kalender Hijriyah Kementerian Agama, Dubes negara sahabat, perwakilan ormas, LAPAN, BMKG, dan undangan lainnya. (*)
