Polres Karawang Dapat Penghargaan Predikat Pelayanan Prima Kategori Sangat Baik dari Menpan-RB
KARAWANG – Polres Karawang Dibawah pimpinan Kapolres Karawang polda Jabar AKBP Rama Samtama Putra S.I.K.M.H.M.MSi menerima penghargaan pelayanan publik kategori Pelayanan Prima Kategori Sangat Baik tahun 2020 di lingkup Polres, Polresta, Polrestabes serta Polres Metro di seluruh Indonesia.
Penghargaan tersebut diberikan oleh Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (PANRB). Pada acara penyampaian hasil evaluasi dan pemberian penghargaan pelayanan publik bertempat di Mabes Polri, Selasa (16/2/2021).
Digelar dengan penerapan protokol kesehatan yang ketat, acara penghargaan ini, dihadiri para kapolres dan jajarannya yang hadir secara langsung maupun secara virtual, mendapatkan arahan dari Wakil Presiden KH. Ma’ruf Amin.
Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (PANRB) Tjahjo Kumolo pada kesempatan ini menyerahkan langsung penghargaan tsb kepada beberapa Kapolres/ta.

Kapolres Karawang AKBP Rama Samtama Putra mengucapkan, apresiasi setinggi-tingginya atas kerja keras staf dan jajarannya selama ini dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Ia juga mengucapkan terima kasih atas doa, dukungan, maupun masukan dari masyarakat agar Polres Karawang terus mengembangkan fasilitas pelayanan publiknya.
“Diterimanya penghargaan pelayanan publik kategori Pelayanan Prima tahun 2020 kepada kami, tentu akan semakin memacu kinerja Polres Karawang dan jajaran untuk terus melakukan perbaikan pelayanan publik,” ujar Kapolres Karawang AKBP Rama Samtama Putra.
Dalam kesempatan ini, Deputi Pelayanan Publik Kementerian PANRB Diah Natalisa menerangkan, evaluasi dilakukan pada 209 pelayanan publik di polres berbagai daerah. Ada enam aspek yang menjadi dasar penilaian berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri PANRB No. 17/2017. Enam aspek tersebut adalah, kebijakan pelayanan, profesionalisme SDM, sarana prasarana, sistem informasi pelayanan publik, konsultasi dan pengaduan, serta inovasi pelayanan publik.
Tahap evaluasi dimulai dari pengisian kuesioner secara online dengan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Publik (SIPP), melalui laman sipp.menpan.go.id. Untuk memastikan kebenaran dari kuesioner yang telah diisi, tim evaluator melakukan verifikasi lapangan ke lokasi layanan.

“Dilanjutkan dengan desk evaluasi secara virtual, kemudian disusun berita acara hasil pengamatan beserta rekomendasi perbaikan,” jelas Diah.
Setiap unit pelayanan polres, khususnya layanan SIM dan Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK), diharapkan selalu meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Terutama di masa pandemi seperti sekarang, layanan kepolisian harus adaptif terhadap segala jenis perubahan.
“Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik adalah simbol komitmen kuat kepolisian untuk terus hadir bagi masyarakat,” pungkas Diah. (adv)
