Seorang Anak di Garut Disetubuhi Ayah Tiri Hingga Hamil 6 Bulan
INFOKA.ID – Polisi menangkap AW (53), warga Desa Karyamukti, Kecamatan Banyuresmi, Kabupaten Garut. AW diduga telah melakukan pencabulan terhadap anak tirinya yang masih berusia 14 tahun, hingga hamil dengan usia kandungan enam bulan.
Kapolsek Banyuresmi, Kompol Supian BJ, mengatakan bahwa kasus tersebut terbongkar paska bibi korban yang curiga dengan kondisi fisik korban menjadi berubah. Selain itu, korban sudah beberapa bulan tak datang bulan (haid).
“Jadi pagi tadi bibi korban memeriksakan korban ke Puskemas dan hasilnya korban tengah hamil dengan usia kandungan enam bulan,” katanya, Senin (6/9/2021).
Keluarga langsung menginterogasi korban, lalu korban mengaku bahwa yang menghamilinya adalah AW yang tiada lain adalah ayah tirinya. Keluarga yang marah langsung melaporkan kasus tersebut kepada Polsek Banyuresmi.
“Dan hari inipun kami berhasil mengamankan tersangka, sedang kami mintai keterangan,” kata Supian.
Supian mengatakan hasil pemeriksaan sementara tersangka mengakui telah menyetubuhi korban sebanyak delapan kali sejak bulan Maret 2021. Korban kini harus mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatannya.
“Jadi kasusnya masih kami dalami, namun prinsipnya tersangka AW sudah mengakui perbuatan pencabulan tersebut,” katanya. (*)
