Sebanyak 327 WNI Ikut Ibadah Haji 2021
INFOKA.ID – Sebanyak 327 Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI) yang menetap di Arab Saudi mendaftar sebagai calon jamaah dan akan mengikuti ibadah haji 2021.
“Saat ini sudah terdata 327 WNI yang menjadi jamaah haji tahun ini. Mereka adalah WNI yang selama ini sudah menetap di Arab Saudi dan ikut mendaftar sebagai calon jamaah sesuai prosedur yang diberlakukan Saudi,” kata Konsul Haji, KJRI Jeddah Endang Jumali dalam keterangannya seperti dilansir Antara, Jumat (16/7/2021).
Endang menjelaskan, jamaah yang sudah terdata tersebut terdiri atas unsur diplomat yaitu dari KBRI dan KJRI, Pekerja Migran Indonesia (PMI), serta mahasiswa Indonesia dan sejumlah WNI lainnya yang sudah lama menetap di Saudi.
“Proses pendataan WNI yang berhaji tahun ini masih dilakukan. Data kita akan terus berkembang. Mungkin baru final saat wukuf di Arafah atau menginap di Mina. Jadi masih memungkinkan untuk terus bertambah,” katanya.
Sebelumnya, Pemerintah Arab Saudi melarang jamaah dari negara lain untuk melaksanakan ibadah haji pada musim haji 2020 dan 2021 karena pandemi COVID-19.
Tahun ini, Arab Saudi mulai menggelar penyelenggaraan ibadah haji 1442 H pada Sabtu 17 Juli 2021 dengan kuota haji dibatasi hanya 60 ribu jamaah, serta dikhususkan bagi warga Saudi dan ekspatriat yang sudah menetap di sana. Mereka dipilih dari lebih 500 ribu calon jamaah yang mendaftar.
Kementerian Haji Saudi menyatakan, hanya orang-orang berusia antara 18 dan 65 tahun yang telah divaksin COVID-19 dan bebas dari penyakit kronis yang dapat melaksanakan ibadah haji.
Vaksin yang disetujui untuk jamaah haji adalah Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna dan Johnson&Johnson. (*)
