Harga Kedelai Naik Terus, Pengrajin Tahu di Purwakarta Akan Mogok Produksi
INFOKA.ID – Pengrajin tahu di se-Jawa Barat berencana melakukan aksi mogok produksi selama tiga hari. Alasan dilakukan pemogokan produksi ini lantaran harga kedelai yang semakin melonjak tinggi.
Aksi mogok produksi selama tiga hari dimulai Jumat besok.
Salah seorang pemilik pabrik tahu di Purwakarta, Adis mengaku bahwa dia sempat mengikuti rapat bersama pemilik tahu se-Jawa Barat di Bandung.
“Saat rapat (Sabtu 22 Mei 2021) dibahas itu soal mogok produksi selama tiga hari dari Jumat, Sabtu, dan Minggu,” katanya, Kamis (27/5/2021).
Adis mengatakan, lantaran harga kedelai yang semakin melonjak tinggi menjadi alasan dilakukan pemogokan produksi ini. Adis menyebut kenaikan ini sudah terjadi hampir sekitar empat bulan.
“Awalnya itu harga kedelai Rp 700 ribu per kuintal, lalu harga sekarang Rp 1,1 juta tapi bukan tidak mungkin masih akan naik lagi,” ujarnya.
Menanggapi hal ini, Kepala Dinas Koperasi, UMKM, Perdagangan, dan Perindustrian Purwakarta, Karliati Djuanda menyebut hari ini di tingkat provinsi tengah melakukan pembahasan terkait masalah tersebut bersama dinas terkait juga Polda Jabar.
“Kami masih menunggu arahan dari provinsi dan kedelai memang bukan produk lokal,” katanya.
Karliati juga menyebut terkait permasalahan mogok kerja para pengusaha tahu ada pada ranah Dinas Pangan dan Pertanian dan bukan di Disperindag.
“Yang lakukan pengendalian harga ada di Kementerian Pertanian. Kalau dinas ya di Dispangtan karena ada bidang ketahanan pangan di seksi harga dan kerawanan pangan. Jadi, lebih rinci di Dispangtan,” ucapnya. (*)
